Most items will ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).

If you would like to cancel a not shipped order, simply send us your request by submitting a form or contact us on email info@kafimall.com. we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

We offer different international shipping methods . You can choose your preferred method on the checkout page.

The cost of shipping varies based on the shipping method selected.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(1~3 business days) + Shipping Time. The processing time varies based on the items you buy.

ORDER TRACKING

In order to provide our customers with the most up to date information regarding orders, all order confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address or phone used when the order was placed. For this reason, please use a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing the order. If you do not see an order confirmation after an order has been placed, please check your spam or trash folders, as sometimes the e-mails go there, based on your privacy settings.

1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
